Water exists in all the three states of matter i.e., solid, liquid, and gas.

Under normal conditions, water exists as a liquid. When water gets freezes to 0 °C, it will turn into ice, a solid form of water.

Whereas when water gets heated to 100 °C, it will turn into water vapour, gaseous state
