The following are the six heaviest organs found in the body of a human being:

  1. The first heaviest organ is the skin with a mass of four to five kg.
  2. The liver is the second heaviest organ in the body, which discharges bile. The weight of the liver is about 1.5 kg.
  3. The brain is the third heaviest organ with an approximate mass of 1.5 kg.
  4. Lungs are the fourth heaviest organ with an approximate mass of 1.3 kg.
  5. The fifth heaviest organ is the heart, with a mass of 300 gm.
  6. The sixth heaviest organ is the kidney with an approximate weight of 260 grams per pair.
