What happens if vitamin K is absent in the food we eat?

Vitamin K is the vitamin required by our body in small and regular amounts and it is an essential vitamin required for formation of coagulation and clotting factors for the blood to clot . So, if our diet does not contain Vitamin K then we will suffer from its deficiency which can be prolonged bleeding from injuries and other types of bleeding disorders that can cause hemorrhage in an individual.
