Solution

a) Cu do not react with dilute sulphuric acid as it comes behind hydrogen in the reactivity series. But with concentrated H2SO4 it reacts to form CuSO4 and SO2 is evolved.
Cu+2H2SO4 (conc)CuSO4+SO2+2H2O

b) Since Fe is more reactive than Cu. It will displace Cu from CuSO4 and form FeSO4. A color change of blue to light green will occur.

Fe+CuSO4FeSO4+Cu
