The kinetic energy possessed by an object of mass, m and moving with a uniform velocity, v is $K.E=\frac{1}{2}m{v}^2$

It depends on mass and velocity of object.

Example - A moving bullet, blowing wind, a rotating wheel, a speeding stone etc.

Any moving object can do work.
