Solution

Mole concept
According to mole concept, one mole of a molecule or an atom contains Avogadros number ( 6.023 x 10^23) of molecules or atoms.
for example
1 mole of Carbon atoms = 6.023 x 10^23 carbon atoms
1 mole of water(H2O) molecules = 6.023 x 10^23 H2O molecules
1 mole of O2 molecules = 6.023 x 10^23 O2 molecules

Also, one mole is the amount of pure substance containing the same number of chemical units as there are atoms in exactly 12 grams of carbon-12
(i.e.6.023 X 1023)
therfore
1 mole of C atom = 12 g = 6.023 x 10^23 carbon atoms
1 mole of Na atom = 23 g = 6.023 x 10^23 Na atoms ( as atomic mass of Na = 23g/mol)
1 mole of O2 molecule = 32 g = 6.023 x 10^23 O2 atoms ( atomic mass of O = 16 g/mol, O2 =2 x O = 2 x 16 = 32g/mol)
