What is the difference between morphology of chromosome and shape of chromosome ?

Morphology studies arms, centromere, chromonemata, chromomeres and gene location, Eu chromatin and heterochromatin and are studied in Metaphase. Shape of chromosomes are V, L, j and i as metacentric, submetacentric, acrocentric and telocentric. they are studied in anaphasae.
