Muscular force: The force applied by the action of muscles in our body is termed as muscular force. For example, when we pick up a book placed on the table using our hands, we apply muscular force.

Mechanical force: Mechanical force is the force applied by using a machine. It is used in cranes and tractors. To lift any heavy object, cranes apply mechanical force.
