Question

What is the difference between reflex action and voluntary action?

Solution

Voluntary actions are those actions which take places according to our will and involve the brain. The brain is able to control such actions. Eg. Walking, talking etc.

While the reflex action is a type of involuntary action which happens not according to our will and doesn't involve the brain. Eg. Sneezing etc.
