Open in App
Solution

Trypsin and Pepsin both are protein digesting enzymes.

Pepsin is produced by the glands of the stomach. It works under strong acidic Ph .(pH --1.5).

Trypsin is produced by the pancreas and it works at the basic Ph of about 8.

So this is the basic difference in their functioning.
