Solution
Heating caused by the sun is the major cause of tropical cyclones.
Due to the heat of the Sun, the surface waters in the tropical zone near earth's equator gets warmed up.
This change in temperature causes movement of air in the Earth's atmosphere.
This movement of air causes pressure changes in the atmosphere in such a way that very high speed tropical cyclone form in that region.
