81=54x-4x^2
4X^2-54x+81=0
x=-b+root(b^2-4ac)/2a
=54+root(54^2-4481)/24
we get 11.78
x=-b-root(b^2-4ac)/2a
=54-root(54^2-4481)/24
=1.71
