The correct option is A $7 N c^{- 1}$ , horizontally and $⊥$ to velocity
$\to v \times \to B = E$
If angle between B and v is $\frac{π}{2}$
$v$ = $\frac{E}{B}$
or $v B$ = $14 (0.5)$ = $7 N C^{- 1}$
Thus magnitude of electric field is 7 and direction is horizontal, perpendicular to velocity
