Total mass of V volume of CCl4 = 1.6 V
Molecular mass of CCl4 = 12 + 4*(35.5) = 154
No. of moles in V volume = 1.6 V /154
No. of molecules = 1.6 V/154 * 6.02 *10^23
6.02 * 10^25 = 1.6 V/154 * 6.02 *10^23
V = 100 * 154 /1.6 = 9625 cc
V = 9.625 litre
Hence option (C) is correct.
