Solution

The correct option is B Water
Helen Keller was born on June 20, 1880. She was an author, lecturer, and crusader for the handicapped. She was born physically normal in Tuscumbia, Alabama. She lost her sight and hearing at the age of nineteen months ( 1 year 7 months) due to an illness and had high fever called scarlet fever. On April 5, 1887, teacher Anne Sullivan taught her blind and deaf pupil, Hellen Keller, the meaning of the word "water" as spelled out In the manual alphabet. Sullivan spelled words into Hellen's hand and tried to help the girl connect letters and words with objects' names. At first, Hellen thought her teacher was just playing a game. She memorized words but failed to understand that they did, in fact, have meaning. When Anne took Hellen to an old pump house, that Hellen finally understood that everything has a name. Sullivan put Helen's hand under the stream and began spelling "w-a-t-e-r" into her palm, first slowly, then more quickly.

So, the correct answer is 'Water'.
