The correct option is A 1 and 1 or 2 or 3
In case of acid-base reaction, the valency factor is the actual number of H+ or OH replaced in the reaction. The acid or base may contain more number of replacable H+ or OH than actually replaced in reaction.
Valency factor for base is the number of OH ion replaced by one of the mole of base.
CsOH can replace 1 OH and Al(OH)3 can replace 1 or 2 or 3 OH depending on the reaction and hence valency factor for CsOH is 1 and for Al(OH)3 either 1 or 2 or 3.
