Applying the law of conservation of mass,
total mass of the reactants is equal to the total mass of the products.
Mass of KHCO3 = mass of K2CO3 + mass of CO2 + mass of H2O
Total mass of KHCO3 heated = 10 g
Total mass K2CO3 produced = 6.31 g
Total mass of H2O produced = 1.07 g
