Solution

The correct option is C 1918
Emily Davison was one of Britain's most famous suffragettes, came from Northumberland. The term suffragettes used for the people who were fighting for the right to vote. She was born in London in 1882. Her ultimate sacrifice is one of the iconic images of women's battle for right to vote which was only secured in 1918 and even then just to those over 30 who owned homes or were married to homeowners. In the same year voting rights were given to all aged 21 and above.
