Solution

The correct option is C

Irreversible change

Irreversible change:- A process in which the original form of substance cannot be retained by any physical process is known as an irreversible change. These changes are permanent changes.

Grinding of wheat grains will reduce the shape and size of wheat grains permanently and they cannot be converted back to original form. Hence, it is an irreversible change.

Reversible change:- A process in which the original form of substance can be retained by any physical process is known as reversible change. These changes are temporary changes.

Natural change:- The changes which are done by nature itself are called natural changes. Therefore, grinding of wheat grains is not a natural change but it is a man-made change.

Chemical change:- It is a change in which the chemical composition of the substance changes because of the formation of a new substance. No new substance is formed during grinding of wheat grains and hence it is not a chemical change.
