The correct option is A $({C H}_{3})_{3} C - O H$
Tert-Butanol gives the most stable carbocation by dehydration.

$({C H}_{3})_{3} C - O H \to ({C H}_{3})_{3} C^{+}$ .

This is because the tert-butyl carbocation is stabilized by the $+ I$ effect of three methyl groups. (stabilised by hyperconjugation also)
