Solution

The correct options are
B It interprets the Constitution of India.
D It has powers to declare laws invalid.
India's judiciary has the power to interpret the constitution of India. If the High court or Supreme Court finds any law or action that goes against the Constitution, Judiciary can declare it invalid. It doesn’t matter if the law is framed by any of the states or union legislature. The Parliament has the authority to make laws and amend the Constitution. But this power is not absolute as the Supreme Court has ruled that the Parliament cannot alter the basic structure of the Constitution.
