Solution

The correct options are
A The volume strength of solution is 5.6
B The solution is 0.5 M H2O2
D 1 mL of solution on heating gives 2.8 mL of O2 at 273 K and 2 atm of pressure
17 gmL1 of H2O2 solution means 0.5 moleL1 of H2O2 solution.
Molarity of the solution= 0.5 M
Also we know that,
Molarity=volume strength11.2
Volume strength=5.6
Normality=Molarity×nfactor
Normality=0.5×2=1

Volume strength refers to the volume of oxygen gas liberated from 1 volume of H2O2 solution at STP.

Here, we have already obtained that volume strength of the solution is 5.6, which means 1 mL of H2O2 will liberate 5.6 mL of oxygen gas at 1 atm pressure and 273 K.

So, at 273 K and 2 atm of pressure the oxygen gas liberated will be 2.8 mL.
