Compounds having symmetrical geometry do not possess any permanent dipole moment. They do not possess any hetero atom.

1.BF3 has a trigonal planar structure. Resultant bond moment of two BF bond gets cancelled out by the third one. The net dipole moment is zero.

2, CO2 has a perfect linear shape. So it is obvious that it has no dipole moment.

3. CH4 has a perfect tetrahedral shape. So resultant of three CH bond gets cancelled by the fourth one.

Only in case of C3H5F compound has one hetero atom fluorine. So the dipole moment of this compound is non zero. Hence, option B is correct.
