1.$$BF_{3}$$ has a trigonal planar structure. Resultant bond moment of two $$B-F$$ bond gets cancelled out by the third one. The net dipole moment is zero.

2, $$CO_{2}$$ has a perfect linear shape. So it is obvious that it has no dipole moment.

3. $$CH_{4}$$ has a perfect tetrahedral shape. So resultant of three $$C-H$$ bond gets cancelled by the fourth one.

Only in case of $$C_{3}H_{5}-F$$ compound has one hetero atom fluorine. So the dipole moment of this compound is non zero. Hence, option B is correct.
