C Electrons move towards copper electrode
D Current flows from copper electrode to zinc electrode
The half reactions of whole redox reactions are
ZnZn2++2eCu2++2eCu
As zinc is oxidizing, it melts to Zn2+ ions leaving the electrons is the rod which transfer to Cu rod which are used in reducing the Cu ions as Cu2++2eCu
So the electrons transfer from Zn rod to Cu rod.
So the current flow exactly opposite to the electron flow i.e., from Cu to Zn rod.
As Cu2+ ions getting reduced by accepting electrons.
To this to happen Cu2+ ions should move towards Cu rod and accept electrons. 
So cations moves towards Cu electrode.
