Velocity – Time Graph of any object moving with certain uniform acceleration. When the velocity-time graph will be plotted for an object moving with uniform acceleration, the slope of the graph is a straight line. The pattern of the slope of the graph shows that the object is moving with uniform acceleration. For uniform motion with zero acceleration, the v-t graph will be a straight line parallel to the time axis and not the parabola. This is shown in Fig –(a).
