Solution

The correct options are
A The President of India is the nominal head, whereas the President of the U.S.A. is the executive head.
C The President of India has ministers under different departments.
The President of India is the nominal head of the state but not the executive head like the President of the U.S.A. The President of India is aided and advised by the council of ministers. Generally, the Indian President is bound by the advice of his ministers. Just as the President of the United States has Secretaries under him who advise him, the President of India was to have ministers under different departments. While the US President isn't obliged to accept the advice of his secretaries, the Indian President is generally bound by the advice of his ministers.
