Th oxygen-rich blood is received by left atrium of the heart which further goes into left ventricle and the de-oxygenated blood or CO₂ rich blood is received by right atrium and goes into right ventricle. So, in general we can say that right of the heart has CO₂rich blood and left of it, has oxygen rich blood.
