Stimulating hormones are Growth hormone-releasing hormone (GH-RH), Gonadotropin-releasing hormone( Gn-RH), Adrenocorticotropin releasing hormone (ACTH-RH), Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) while inhibitory hormones are Somatostatin, Prolactin-inhibiting hormone (PIH).
