Why are fractured bones plastered?

Open in App
Solution

Fractured bones are bones that are completely or partially broken. To keep these broken bones at their right position, a plaster is used. Casts or plasters are used to help rest a bone or joint and to relieve pain that is caused by moving it. It also helps the fractured bone to grow and join properly.
