Why dogs can hear noises that we can't?
Because they can hear the frequencies that are greater than the human audible range
Dogs, Bat, Dolphins and many other animals can hear sound at a very higher frequency than us, allowing them to hear noises that we can't. A dog can hear sounds of frequencies up to nearly 50 kHz, a bat to about 200 kHz, while dolphins can hear sounds of even higher frequencies up to 150 kHz.
