Bone tissue is a mineralized connective tissue because it posses all the properties of connective tissue.
1. It connects various body parts with each other.
2. Forms packing around various body organs so called as packing tissue.
3. It is mesodermal in origin.
4. It has all the three components of a connective tissue i.e. cells, fibers and matrix.
5. A fibroblast is the most important cell of connective tissues which are present in bone.
