Apart from damaging their health, employing children less than 14 years of age in hazardous places like factories and mines, may also deprive them of their fundamental right of education.
For their and the country's development, it is necessary that they get educated. For this Constitution has entitled all children between 6 and 14 years of age, to get an education as a Fundamental Right, under the Right to Liberty.
