  • It puts them in life-threatening danger.
  • These young children are the future of our country and hence, they should have all-around progress.
  • Apart from damaging their health, employing children less than 14 years of age in hazardous places like factories and mines, may also deprive them of their fundamental right of education.
  • For their and the country's development, it is necessary that they get educated. For this Constitution has entitled all children between 6 and 14 years of age, to get an education as a Fundamental Right, under the Right to Liberty.
