Solution

The correct option is C The treaty between Alam Khan, Daulat Khan and Babur became invalid after Daulat Khan rebelled against Babur.
Daulat Khan was loyal to Sikandar Lodhi but was very unhappy when Ibrahim Lodhi took over the throne. He wanted to gain independence from the Sultanate. Thus, he sent his son, Dilawar Khan to Kabul to invite Babur to help him overthrow Ibrahim Lodhi. He was helped in his quest by Alam Khan, the uncle of Ibrahim Lodhi. Daulat Khan had hoped that after defeating Ibrahim Lodhi, Babur would return to Kabul and hand over the administration of the annexed regions to him. However, he only received Sultanpur and Jalandhar. Being unhappy with this arrangement, he rebelled against Babur. However, his rebellion was quashed and he had to escape to the hills. Babur handed over the administration of Dipalpur to Alam Khan. Thus, the quest of Daulat Khan to gain independence from the Delhi Sultanate was never fulfilled.
