Solution

A nephron is composed of a filtering unit and highly convoluted ducts. The filtering unit is called the glomerular apparatus. It is composed of a cup-shaped structure called Bowman's capsule. There is a tuft of capillaries inside Bowman's capsule. This tuft of capillaries is called the glomerulus. It filters blood, the filtrate is collected in the Bowman's capsule. The filtrate containing a large amount of water with various dissolved substances and wastes moves through the Proximal convoluted tubule, the loop of Henle, the distal convoluted tubule, and finally, the collecting duct, that contains the formed urine.

During its movement through the tube, about 90% of the water is reabsorbed, certain useful ions and compounds are reabsorbed while ions of certain salts are released into this solution through tubular secretion by Distal convoluted tubule which then is the composition of urine.
