Question

Write any three rational numbers.

Solution

A rational number is any number that can be expressed as the quotient or

fraction $$\dfrac { p }{ q }$$ of two integers, a numerator $$p$$ and a
non-zero denominator $$q$$. Some of the examples of rational numbers are: $$-\dfrac { 3 }{ 11 } ,\dfrac { 1 }{ 2 } ,\dfrac { 5 }{ 3 }$$

Hence, the three rational numbers are $$-\dfrac { 3 }{ 11 } ,\dfrac { 1 }{ 2 } ,\dfrac { 5 }{ 3 }$$.
