Write the function. Are all these fractions equivalent?

In the given rectangles, 
$$4$$ out of $$12, 3$$ out Of $$9, 2$$ out Of $$6, 1$$ out Of $$3,$$ and $$6$$ out Of $$15$$ equal parts (i.e., circles) are shaded respectively. 

Therefore, these rectangles represent
$$\dfrac {4}{12} = \dfrac {1}{3},\ \dfrac {3}{9} = \dfrac {1}{3},\ \dfrac {2}{6} = \dfrac {1}{3},\ \dfrac {1}{3},\ \dfrac {6}{15} = \dfrac {2}{5}$$.

All the fraction are not equal.
