For pure water the boiling point is $100^{0} C$ at 1 atm pressure and the melting point is $0^{0} C$ at 1 atm pressure. If the water is having some impurities the boiling point is raised and the melting point is lowered. If some salt is added boiling point is raised by ${0.5}^{0} C$ and melting point is lowered.
