This is to inform you that the students of our college (give the name) are organizing an expedition on the 15th of February 2021 and we would like to seek your permission to undertake this expedition
We would be interested in the following activities like hiking, trekking, rock climbing ,mountain biking if possible and bouldering. We would be grateful if you could let us know the appropriate gear that we would require for each of these activities.
The total number of students undertaking this trip would be approximately 25-30 students in the age group of 19- 21.
