Since $T_F=\frac{9}{5}{T}_C+32$

Temperature increment in Fahrenheit scale is,

$\Delta T_F=\frac{9}{5}\Delta T_C=\frac{9}{5}40={72}^{o}F$

Thus, final temperature is $T={68.2}^{o}F+{72}^{o}F={140.2}^{o}F$

Answer is ${140.2}^{o}F$
