The mentioned 35-year-old woman is suffering from overproduction of TSH or higher TSH level. it is also known as hyperthyroidism.

This increased TSH level can be controlled by:

  1. Lowering the intake of carbohydrates and fat.
  2. Avoiding the consumption of dairy products.
  3. Lowering the amount of Sodium in the food.

Thyroid stimulating hormone:

  1. The thyroid stimulating hormone manages the production of thyroid hormones, thyroxine and triiodothyronine, by the thyroid gland.
  2. The gland is situated in the throat and appears like the shape of a butterfly.
  3. It binds with the receptors present on the cells in the thyroid gland and regulates the production of hormone.
  4. These hormones are directly poured into the bloodstream by the pituitary gland.

  4. Excess secretion of TSH
