The correct option is D
It's the same in all.

All the three circuits have a key, cell resistance, and ammeter which are connected in series. In all the three figures positive of the cell is connected with the positive of the ammeter means that they have the same arrangements.
Thus, the current through the ammeter will be the same in all three.
