Given,

Length of wire (l)=21.7cm and radius (r)=0.46mm=0.046cm[As1mm=0.1cm]

As the volume of wire =volume of cylinder=πr2l[hereh=l]

So, the volume of wire =227x0.0462x21.7

=0.1443cm3

Hence the volume of the wire to correct the significant figure is 0.14cm3
