Solution:

Initial angular speed, ω0 =2 rad/s

Angular acceleration, α=3 rad/s2

t = 2s

Hence, 

θ=ω0t+ 1/2αt2 = 2 x 2 + (1/2) x 3 x 22 = 4 + 6 = 10 radians
