Ethylamine forms Hydrogen bonds in water. It dissolves in water due to intermolecular hydrogen bonding thus ethylamine is soluble in water

However, In aniline due to the larger hydrophobic part ie C6H5 group, they tend to retard the formation of hydrogen bonds and decreases the extent of H bonding hence insoluble in water
