Solution

Anthropogenic:

  1. Anthropogenic actions are activities that are created or induced by humans and are frequently used with a negative connotation.
  2. These actions have an impact on species evolution.

Anthropogenic activities have an impact on natural processes:

  1. Industrial melanism: A shift from white-winged moths on trees to dim-winged or melanized moths was produced by smoke and sediment from man-made industries. Prior to the industrial revolution, white-shaded lichens protected tree bark, which was ideal for white-winged moths.
  2. The use of herbicides and pesticides has resulted in a variety of safe assortments in a short period of time. Furthermore, industrial activities are responsible for the enhancement of microbes resistant to anti-infection medications over months.
