The femur is the bone in the human body which is strongest among all. It stretches the hip to the knee. It can withstand a force of as much as 1,800 to 2,500 pounds. Only largescale activities can cause it to break, such as a car accident or a fall from an extreme height.
However, tooth enamel is the hardest and highly mineralized material which makes it the hardest. Enamel is not bone but a tissue.
