The velocity experienced by the person standing on the ground = \(underset{v_{rw}}{rightarrow}\) \(left | underset{v_{rw}}{rightarrow} right |\) = \(sqrt{(25)^{2}+(25sqrt{3})^{2}}\) = 50m/s
