Anopheles is a genus of mosquito first described and named by J. W. Meigen in 1818. Female Anopheles mosquito is the carrier of malaria which when sucked blood from patient and bite to another person which getting infected. while infected humans transmit the parasite to the mosquito, In contrast to the human host, the mosquito vector does not suffer from the presence of the parasites. In humans, the parasites grow and multiply first in the liver cells and then in the red cells of the blood.
