If the denominator of two or more fractions is not equal. Then, to compare fractions, first, we have to make denominators equal.

Multiply $\frac{3}{5}$ by $\frac{7}{7}$:

$\frac{3}{5}\times \frac{7}{7}=\frac{21}{35}$

Multiply $\frac{3}{7}$ by $\frac{5}{5}$:

$\frac{3}{7}\times \frac{5}{5}=\frac{15}{35}$

If the denominator of two or more fractions is equal. Then, the fraction with the larger numerator will be always greater.
