Define culturable waste land.

It is a land which is available for cultivation, but no cultivation has taken place continuously for 5 years due to various reasons. Waste land includes rocky, arid and desert areas and land put to other non-agricultural uses includes settlements, roads, railways, industry etc. Wastelands are of two types, namely, culturable wastelands and unculturable wastelands.
